Our client is M&E company and are looking for Contract Support Manager, applicants must have Concept Evolution experience.

Maintaining and operating a CAFM system for planned and reactive activity.

Loading all company assets onto the CAFM platform and ensuring the inventory is correct and kept up to date

Scheduling Teams and planning the PPM activity across the portfolio.

Scheduling Sub Contractor visits and coordinating their visits in terms of company required attendance and access.

Checking that all duty engineers have reported into work and filling any gaps should they occur.

Collating job sheets and assessing if works are chargeable.

Presenting timesheets for 'sign off' once checked.

Reviewing overtime claims and liaising with payroll.

Managing the team holiday and sickness records.

Reviewing job sheets to ascertain if hours worked correlate to the weekly scheduler and or client quotes.

Ordering uniforms

Keeping a tools and equipment log and ensuring regular checks are performed to all tests and calibrations are carried out on time.

Following up on reactive jobs to ensure they have been dealt with satisfactorily.

Producing reports, which clearly define how the team are performing. Reports to include PPM planned number of reactive

Liaising with the Projects team and supporting as necessary.

Amending the asset data as and when projects are completed.

Raising supplier PO orders and 'calling off' materials in a timely manner to ensure works can be carried out on time.

Placing sub-contractor orders.

Checking accuracy of invoices and matching against P.O's.

As Contract Manager you should have the following:

Strong organisational skills.

A professional persona with strong customer service skills.

3 years, or longer, experience of Contract Support or similar role

A strong understanding of CAFM systems and ideally super user status with FSI Concept

A flexible approach to working hours

A strong commercial acumen

An ability to work and lead others when under pressure.

Developing your team to the best of their capability by setting clear objectives and monitoring progress on a regular basis.

A solid understanding of M&E, cleaning and building fabric activity.

Procurement experience.

Producing reports from the CAFM, HR & Finance systems as required

Produce summary financial and commercial data on a regular basis in accordance with the business needs.
